Can you picture yourself here? We can help put you there! Canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and/or fishing on the Upper Iowa River.

The Upper Iowa River is listed as one of the most scenic U.S. rivers providing numerous recreational opportunities. This section of the river winds between prairie, corn fields, secluded forest areas and limestone bluffs and contains some of the best fishing on the river. Don’t be surprised to see white-tail deer or maybe a bald eagle among the abundant wild life on the Upper Iowa. This area also has exceptional fall scenery.

We offer many ways to get out on the river. Rent a canoe, kayak, or tube from us and we’ll shuttle you to one of several landings from which you float right back to our campground and your waiting vehicle or campsite. Canoe or kayak rentals include a free shuttle up to the 2 hour or 4 hour launching sites. Additional shuttle fee for longer excursions. Canoes include 2 paddles and 2 jackets, kayaks include 1 paddle and 1 jacket. We can also shuttle your own vessels starting as low as $22 plus tax. We do require a deposit for all rental items which is returned to you when you come back with undamaged equipment. Give us a call to book your trip on the Upper Iowa River.

Canoe prices are $38 for weekend or $32 weekday rate
1-man kayaks are $28 for weekend or $24 weekday rate
